Our Popover Story
The concept of a café centered around a fresh baked popover was years in the making. The idea was developed by local owners in their home kitchen using a small commercial convection air oven. Slowly over time, and after literally hundreds, if not thousands, of popovers had been baked, our own proprietary recipe and batter mix was developed. Not all popovers are created equally. We can certainly attest to that.
Once the popover foundation of the business was in place, an entire menu of items was introduced that incorporates signature salads, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, chicken bites, baked goods and beverages and a whole lot more – all made fresh daily and everything made to order. All of our food is prepared in commercial convection air ovens. No grease is used in the cooking process for any of our food.
Today we’re proud to say we’ve opened our very first location serving customers from Wellesley and the surrounding area. You won’t find anything else like it anywhere. Please come and visit us at 16 Church St Wellesley MA. We stand behind everything we serve.
